Iveco to launch new generation Daily van
Iveco is set to launch the third generation of its Daily van in June, with the promise of improved capacity together with fuel savings of up to five per cent on the previous model.
The new Daily will retains its ladder frame chassis structure, which offers strength and ease of configuration for chassis cab models.
Capacity has been improved through the reassessment of the relationship between wheelbase, overall length, and the length of the cargo bed.
Iveco reckons the new Daily will give savings in fuel consumption of more than five per cent combined with a significant improvement in Total Cost of Ownership for the vehicle.
It has also improved the cabin to give better noise insulation and ergonomics, and a more efficient air conditioning system.
* Iveco has launched MY IVECO, a free app for smartphones and tablets designed for Iveco customers and commercial vehicle drivers. It enables users to obtain information about Iveco products and provides access to a series of useful services. It will be available i from the Apple App Store for iOS and in Google Play for Android.
