New office of the Mediterranean Shipping Company (Austria) GmbH in Salzburg to serve customers in western Austria from August

Mediterranean Shipping Company (Austria) GmbH (MSC) will expand its presence in the Austrian market by opening a sales office in Salzburg in August 2015, in addition to the head office in Vienna. The aim is to provide direct and personal access for western Austrian clients to the global MSC network and therefore sustainably strengthen commercial activities. The western Austrian market retains a significant share of the Austrian business of MSC which will be further expanded by the opening of the sales office in Salzburg.

MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company S.A. is one of the world’s leading ocean carriers with headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. MSC is operating a network of over 480 offices in 150 countries, employing a team of over 24,000 individuals. The office in Vienna, consisting of 53 employees, enables local clients to access an integrated network covering 200 trades, calling at 315 ports.
