1 million sq ft warehouse scheme for Rutland
Developer Jaynic has submitted outline plans for up to 1 million sq ft of warehouse development at Greetham Quarry in Rutland.
The 57-acre site has direct north and south access onto the A1 in Stretton Road, Greetham with the potential to accommodate a single warehouse of up to 1m sq ft, subject to planning.
Nic Rumsey of Jaynic said: “With the buoyant warehousing market in the UK, the site at Greetham has great potential for an occupier to be plugged into the national trunk road network less than a mile away.”
Jaynic Properties is working with landowners Hereward Homes to develop the site.
