Abbey Logistics replaced by Kammac at Pallet-Track

Abbey Logistics has been replaced by Kammac in the Pallet-Track network.

KammacKammac is to cover the WA postcode area and will form part of a new £10 million Northern Hub, following Abbey Logistics’ exit from the network to focus on its road tanker and value-added services.

Kammac is offering staff impacted by Abbey Logistics leaving the network the opportunity to transfer their employment to the company.

“We’ve been in discussions with Kammac since we knew of Abbey Logistics’ plans,” said Nigel Parkes, founder and managing director. “Kammac is a first-class company which shares the same core values as Pallet-Track and wanted to be part of our network, so we are delighted to welcome them on board.

“We are thoroughly looking forward to working with them over the coming years and combining our collective experience to provide an efficient, value-for-money service for our customers.”

Kammac managing director Paul Kamel said: “We’re delighted to become part of the Pallet Track network. This partnership will only strengthen our commitment to providing a complete logistics service when coupled with our current warehousing, on-site logistics, contract packing and transport solutions.

“Pallet Track is a like-minded, quality-driven business who share our ambition to provide excellent service at competitive rates in such a challenging market.”
