Agents appointed on North London spec scheme
Glenny, Strettons and DTRE have been appointed joint agents on SEGRO’s speculative industrial development near White Hart Lane in Tottenham, North London.
Comprising eight acres of land, the site will be developed into a high-quality scheme of urban logistic and light industrial units totalling 185,000 sq ft which will be available to pre-let in response to ongoing demand for industrial space.
