Baxter launches recruitment driver

Nottingham-based Baxter Freight is recruiting 14 sales account managers to support its plan to increase sales to £18m next year.

The company is currently turning over £13m. Chairman Ian Baxter said: “All we are looking for in people is intelligence, commitment, character and some basic experience of sales or the freight industry.

“We recruit on that basis alone and I’m proud to say many of the individuals we employed when the business started are still with us today. It has been great to see them develop into valuable business people.”
