Boohoo submits plans for 163,000sq ft Burnley DC
Online fashion retailer Boohoo.com has submitted plans to Burnley Borough Council for a new 163,000 sq ft Burnley distribution centre.

The proposed warehouse would be located at Heasandford Industrial Estate, where the company already has a 113,000 sq ft, £1.7million warehouse which it developed last year.
The proposed clear internal height to the underside of the steel frame of the warehouse is 20m, which would give the warehouse a total height of 22.8 m.
In its application, Boohoo said that the development will secure existing jobs (1050) on site and “further increase the number of jobs by approximately 400.”
