Change of ownership at Gottschligg group
Mag. Karl Josef Maier is the new managing associate of the specialist company for pallet and load carriers Gottschligg
“Gottschligg shall maintain its good position also in the future. This is why I decided to withdraw from the company and give way to a young management“, Mag. Andrea Michelfeit informs in a letter to the transport magazine Österreichische Verkehrszeitung.
In detail, Mag, Karl Josef Maier, MBA, as a managing associate took over the Gottschligg group and its entire staff effective 23 December 2015. Andrea Michelfeit will remain available for advice to ensure a smooth transition period.
Karl Josef Maier has an experienced, entrepreneurial background, and will be in charge of operative management and daily business. This will provide the required flexibility, financial security and entrepreneurial development for the Gottschligg group.
However, this change in the ownership means no changes for customers or business partners. The new associate confirmed that he will guarantee the professional cooperation of current projects will be continued.
Gottschligg based in Brunn am Gebirge develops, produces and markets wooden, metal and plastic load carriers since 1974. The company is internationally operating, with key regions in Germany, India, Thailand and Russia.
