Coscon to reach higher service level with five new targets

Cosco Container Lines (Coscon) launches five service enhancement targets for North America, Europe, some countries of Asia, Australia and New Zealand
 
Chinese container shipping company Coscon is attempted to improve its customer experience by providing professional service solutions and quality. It will launch five service enhancement targets for North America, Europe, Japan, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines and Sri Lanka, aimed at reaching higher service level in five aspects of Booking, Empty release, B/L Release, Invoicing and dispute settlement at the beginning of August of 2013.
 
Aside from offering more state-of-art fleets and more integrated transport options, Coscon particularly engages in the optimization of internal business procedures to ensure the quality in serving its worldwide customers. The Chinese shipping company has already launched these five services enhancement targets in China on June 1st 2013.
