Damco to serve Syngenta in Asia Pacific

Damco has signed a three-year contract to serve as the Asia Pacific lead logistics service provider for Syngenta, one of the world’s largest agri-businesses, headquartered in Basel, Switzerland. Damco will arrange and manage Syngenta’s global shipments of raw materials and finished goods from factories throughout Asia, providing end-to-end visibility.

Under the terms of the contract, Damco will provide integrated supply chain management services, including control tower, carrier management, and land-side services for all Syngenta shipments from China, India, Japan, Singapore, Korea, Thailand and Indonesia.
