The development at Merlin Business Park consists of five warehouses and storage units totalling 134,651ft2 with eaves heights ranging from 7.5-8.5m.

The site benefits from a concrete surfaced yard offering extensive loading, parking and outside storage options and is secure/self-contained.

“The development was previously occupied for a number of years by a haulier and completely lends itself to Eddie Stobart’s use as a warehouse and distribution site for them,” said Rushton Hickman, Director, Mark Richardson, who advised on the deal. “We commenced marketing of the development late December. By February a deal to lease the site had been agreed with Eddie Stobart Ltd with completion in April.”
