Eshton buys Normanton site

Leeds-based developer Eshton has purchased a 24,000 sq ft unit on Tyler Close in Normanton, West Yorkshire.

Director Jonathan Chapman, said: “The location is already home to a number of big name occupiers including Asda, DHL, Haribo and Argos and we’re looking forward to bringing this rental opportunity to market early autumn.”
