The European Commission has approved a joint venture between Kuehne + Nagel and Temasek Holdings of Singapore to identify and invest in young growing logistics technology companies.
The Commission concluded that under EU merger regulations, the proposed transaction would raise no competition concerns given that the main focus of the joint venture’s activities will be outside the European Economic Area.
