Fraport/CargoCity Süd starts to market the areas for expansion
Until 10 December 2014, companies from the air cargo industry can register their interest for the expansion areas in the Cargo City Süd
At Frankfurt am Main Airport the marketing of the areas created with the second expansion phase in the Cargo City Süd began on 11 November.
„The areas in the air freight and logistics halls are awarded to potential tenants from the freight industry,“ reads a press release.
Thus, the current request of interested tenants is closely linked to content of the tender of 2011, when already lease contracts for newly realised cargo areas were closed with companies. The planned cargo halls shall be completed in 2017.
The expansion of the Cargo City Süd shall help to strengthen Frankfurt as a location for air freight and position it more sustainably in the global transport chains. The notice ends on December 10, 2014. As in the past, Fraport sets great value on a transparent allocation of land.
