GV Food Transport renamed Platebox

Gate Ventures which provides food transport and logistics solutions for the education, healthcare and public sectors, is to rename its GV Food Transport business Platebox.

The rebrand will, Gate Ventures said, help develop and grow its Foodmove business which supplies food logistics for wholesalers, caterers and retailers.

Gate Ventures chief executive Tevin Tobun said: “Since its inception in 2001, our business has changed and evolved as we’ve grown. We felt that the time is right in our business journey to create a clear and distinct identity for each of our brands.

“With Platebox, we feel that it helps to tell the story of what we do in a coherent way and avoid any overlap with any of the work of our parent brand.”
