Hi-Tech Supply Chains Seek Improved Agility & Customer Orientation with Integrated Business Planning

As improving agility and becoming more market driven gain increasing importance for hi-tech supply chains, a select group of senior supply chain decision makers from hi-tech manufacturers & retailers will gather in San Francisco, October 22nd, for an in-depth discussion on achieving S&OP maturity and improving integrated business planning.

As hi-tech companies seek to reduce risk in their supply chains and become more market driven, improving integrated business planning is becoming a significant priority.   With board-level attention focussed on supply chain resilience, many hi-tech supply chain executives are looking beyond S&OP maturity to integrated business planning as a tool for achieving agility.

In light of this pressing concern, a group of senior supply chain executives from top hi-tech companies will be coming together for an exclusive workshop in San Francisco, October 22nd.

Led by Douglas Kent, President of the Supply Chain Council, the workshop will lead participants through a thorough assessment of their S&OP maturity, and what steps they must take to achieve more integrated business planning.

Using the bespoke Maturity Monitor, participants will start the workshop with a unique breakdown of their level of S&OP maturity.  Their results will then be benchmarked against the other participants’ and discussed in detail.  By the end of the session, participants will take home an action plan for improving integrated planning at their company.

Having assessed their S&OP maturity, executives will examine the best approach for their company to move towards integrated business planning across all company functions.

The workshop is taking place in advance of the 6th Hi-Tech & Electronics Supply Chain Summit, October 23 in San Francisco.  For full details on the workshop and the Summit, please visit the link below.
