Hörmann acquires bollard manufacturer
Door manufacturer, Hörmann has acquired a 70 per cent stake in Pilomat, the Italian supplier of bollards, road blockers, lift carriers and tyre killers.
The new product range from Hörmann will consist of reinforced bollards, road blockers for passages of up to six metres wide, lift carriers for passages of up to ten metres wide and tyre killers.
“Our recent acquisition of Pilomat not only enhances our product offering, but it means that our customers can now buy everything they need from a single source and receive on-site support from experienced Hörmann personnel,” said Hörmann marketing manager, David O’Mara.
