IAG Cargo commits to UK lettuce shortage

The UK’s heatwave has led to the depletion of lettuces off supermarket shelves and IAG Cargo has noted a spike in cargo deliveries of lettuce having delivered over 30,000 heads of iceberg lettuce from Los Angeles to the UK to meet the gap in UK demand.
