Joint agents appointed on Markham Vale
M1 Agency has joined JLL as joint letting agent on HBD’s 200-acre flagship scheme Markham Vale just off Junction 29A of the m1 motorway.
M1 have been instructed to market the remaining immediately available serviced development land for design and build, alongside future development phases as they come forward. The total available plots have potential to deliver up to 250,000ft2 across individual buildings with the largest building being up to 55,000ft2
The highly prominent scheme is already well established and home to a number of major occupiers including Great Bear, Gist, Ferdinand Bilstein, Gould Alloys, Daher AeroSpace with excellent on-site amenities provided directly off the motorway junction.
