“K” Line Adds Direct Kwangyang / Kaohsiung – West India Container Service

KAWASAKI KISEN KAISHA, LTD. (“K” Line) is enhancing its West India service with the introduction of a new Kwangyang/Kaohsiung West India Express (FIX) service starting November 30, 2011 from Kwangyang as a slot operator.

By introducing this new service, “K” Line will be able to provide direct service from Kwangyang and Kaohsiung to Nhava Sheva and Karachi. “K” Line presently also operates two other weekly services (called INDFEX-1 and CIX-2) calling at Xingang, Qingdao, Pusan, Shanghai, Ningbo, Hong Kong and West India. This new FIX service will enhance the service quality to our valued customers in this region.

  • Port rotation: Kwangyang – Pusan – Shanghai – Ningbo – Kaohsiung – Singapore – Nhava Sheva – Karachi – Port Klang – Singapore – Kwangyang
  • Service frequency: Weekly
  • Starting vessel: Hanjin Durban 0022W ETA Kwangyang November 30, 2011
