Knight Frank appointed as agents on Worksop warehouse

Saint-Gobain has hired Knight Frank and JLL to lead the marketing  of a 140,646 sq ft warehouse in North Nottinghamshire.

The distribution unit forms part of Manton Wood Enteprise Park in Worksop, close to the A57.

The site has existing occupiers such as B&Q, Wilkos, DHL, WS Transport, and Greencore.

Manton 140 is fitted and available for immediate occupation, benefiting from racking, sprinkler system, fitted office accommodation with a canteen and toilets, as well as having a large external yard with gatehouse.

James Keeton of JLL said: “Manton 140 offers a prime strategic location combined with immediate availability, boosted by being highly specified with good yard and parking provision. A rare commodity in the current market and one that we have already seen strong early interest.”

JLL said that warehousing of this type was increasingly being used by occupiers servicing online retail needs.

Rebecca Schofield, partner and head of the Yorkshire Industrial team at JLL, said: “The fitted nature of the premises, and the attractive passing rent, is likely to prove attractive to the occupational market, especially the 3PL sector where fitted buildings are sought.’
