Lagermax AED gains Trinkservice company as a new customer

Spare parts overnight: Lagermax AED to supply technicians and fitters of Trinkservice GmbH with spare parts for tap machines throughout Austria from April

From April 2014, the Trinkservice company will have their service technicians in Austria supplied during the night. In Lagermax AED they found a partner who entirely meets the high standards of delivery requirements of a gastronomy service provider. Collection of consignments from the depot in Vienna’s 11th district and the supply of technicians, fitters and service personnel takes less than 12 hours. The fine distribution is carried out via the six own offices of Lagermax AED across the country.

Trinkservice technicians are informed via an automated text message once the dispatch unit is completed, containing all the necessary information so that they can get ready goods for return if required. Lagermax AED supplies the technicians with different reusable boxes. „Depending on the size, we can choose the best box for shipping,“ says Gerald Wolf, managing director of Trinkservice GmbH. „In addition, these reusable packagings are in line with our environmental thinking.“

Basic considerations for the conversion of the technicians’ supply were to improve services and reduce costs. „Long journeys for small spare part quantities now belongs to the past, like delays for our customers due to missing spare parts“, says Gerald Wolf, being sure to have found the right express service provider. The removal of costly journeys and efficiency increases in order processing results in significant saving potentials.

Trinkservice GmbH is a service provider in the premium area for beverages and event logistics and tapping systems. The subsidiary of Ottakringer Getränke Holding AG has around 130 employees, generating an annual turnover of EUR 14 million.
