Logistics provider Balmain has snapped up a 41,000 sq ft warehouse on the Knowsley Industrial Estate in the North West.
The company has taken Unit 1 Charleywood Road at a rent in the region of £2.50 per sq ft. The property was previously occupied by AJ Long Transport Services.
Mark Coulthurst of letting agent Mason Owen said: “This is a basic, no-frills warehouse unit providing completely clear span storage space and an eaves height of 7.5 metres. It provides very useful space at an attractive rent within a very accessible location – making it the ideal base for a logistics operator.”
