Marshalls builds foundations in Avonmouth

Natural stone and concrete supplier Marshalls has take a 10,260 sq ft site at St. Modwen’s £260 million Park Access 18 industrial and logistics site in Avonmouth, Bristol. s

Marshalls said the move would create 2,200 jobs once complete.

The St. Modwen scheme is also home to Ocado Retail, Hermes Parcelnet, Peugeot, and healthcare distributor Movianto.

The site sits adjacent to Junction 18 of the M5.

Peter Davies, development director at St. Modwen Industrial & Logistics, said: “Access 18 provides exceptionally well-located, flexible working space with a variety of units for businesses of all scopes and sizes.

“The occupiers secured to date show how attractive the scheme is to those operating in the logistics and manufacturing sectors and we look forward to welcoming more businesses of this nature in the near future.”

Joint agents for the scheme are Andrew Ridler of Alder King and Russell Crofts of Knight Frank.
