Mega shed site in Yorkshire moves a step closer
Blue Anchor Leisure has partnered with Litton Buccleuch, an established joint venture between Derbyshire based Litton Property Group and Edinburgh based Buccleuch Property, to push forward a 3 million ft2 industrial and logistics scheme on a 195-acre site that it owns in Doncaster, South Yorkshire.
The site known as West Moor Park East is just off Junction 4 of the M18 motorway.
Proposals were put to Doncaster Council in 2020 and include the demolition of all existing buildings and structures on the site followed by the development an employment scheme made up of 25% office and light industrial uses and 75% storage and distribution.
The proposed development is envisaged as an extension to the existing West Moor Park development and therefore it will comprise a range of buildings similar in scale to that scheme set within a landscaped environment.
CPP and Barnsdales are appointed agents for the scheme.
