Norbert Dentressangle completes Schneider acquisition
Norbert Dentressangle has completed the acquisition of Schneider Logistics International’s freight forwarding activity in the US and China. The acquisition encompasses nine operational centres, including seven located in the US cities of Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, San Diego, and San Francisco, and two centres in Tianjin and Shanghai, China. The move accelerates the deployment of Norbert Dentressangle’s global network and enables the company to offer its European customers expanded coverage across the supply chain, from Europe to Asia and the US. With the completion of the acquisition, Norbert Dentressangle’s freight forwarding activity now has seventeen locations on three continents (Europe, North America and Asia), and more than €30 million in annual sales.
