OASIS Group takes London Gateway pre-let
The 108,973ft2 warehouse has been pre-let and is expected to be completed by October 2022.

Like all other warehouses at London Gateway, the OASIS Group distribution hub will be built to BREEAM ‘outstanding’ – the world’s leading sustainability standard for building construction. Work will begin in the spring and is scheduled to be completed by October next year.
London Gateway, has seen unprecedented levels of interest from potential customers since its freeport status was announced in March this year and in June DHL, one of the world’s leading contract logistics providers, started construction of the largest warehouse to date on the park.
