Plans for new warehouse at Bermuda Park

Tungsten Properties has submitted plans for a warehouse on one of the last available sites at Bermuda Business Park near Nuneaton in the West Midlands.

The facility will be built on a 2.24 acre brownfield plot on Walsingham Drive formerly used as open storage. It will total 36,730ft² –  34,000ft² warehouse space with first floor offices totalling 2,730ft².

It will boast BREEAM Very Good and EPC A rating and will have 10m eaves (to haunch), a 37.5kn/m2 floor loading as well as three loading doors and a 31.5m yard depth. It has 300kvA of power availability. The scheme is expected to provide up to 95 jobs on completion.

Joint letting agents are Phillips Sutton and Carter Jonas. It is available freehold and leasehold.
