Royal Mail launches shipping tool for large retailers

Royal Mail has launched shipping tool Pro Shipping and API that helps larger retailers to fulfil complex shipping needs by providing a range of capabilities that makes managing orders and returns across distributed sites simpler.

The tool enables the easy management of large lists of customers, multiple user access from different locations and the automatic printing of customs documentation. It also has the ability to print outward and return labels simultaneously.

Royal Mail API Shipping allows firms to easily integrate their systems with Royal Mail and access the shipping tool.

“With the launch of Royal Mail Pro Shipping and Royal Mail API Shipping, we now offer a full range of shipping solutions to our customers, dependent on their size and ways of working,” said Royal Mail Parcels spokesperson.
