Savills appointed sole agent DP World London Gateway Logistics Park
Savills is to become the sole agent for DP World London Gateway Logistics Park and will be in charge of the container port, intermodal rail terminal.
There is also opportunity for up to 9 million sq ft of industrial and logistics space. In February, DP World London Gateway will begin work on the speculative development of a 231,000 sq ft unit to be completed by late 2019.
“As DP World London Gateway enters a new phase of activity, we want to build on our ‘open for business’ approach and the appointment of Savills as our advisor reflects its credentials, market knowledge and reputation to help meet our objectives,” said DP World London Gateway logistics park development director Oliver Treneman.
