Scunthorpe spec shed opens

One of the largest speculative warehouses in Scunthorpe has finally been let some six years after completion.

Swedish automotive supplier Bulten has taken up North Lincolnshire Council’s speculative warehouse at Normanby Business Park in Scunthorpe.

B100M, totalling 100,000 sq ft was speculatively built by North Lincolnshire Council in conjunction with the European Regional Development Fund in 2008.

Letting agent was Lambert Smith Hampton.
