Small warehouse units flying off the shelf
Such is the shortage of good quality small to mid box industrial Grade A space in Leicestershire that half the units on a scheme under construction near Thurlaston have been secured off-plan.
Manor Business Park is currently under construction and scheduled to finish between Easter and summer, and all five units on the foirst phase have been let.
Letting agent Jason Hercock of Welsls Mcfarlane said: “We began marketing the first phase at the end of last year and experienced such a high volume of interest that we were able to secure tenants for all five units off-plan. Despite the pandemic, the appetite for smaller industrial units has clearly not diminished.”
Manor Business Park is situated off Enderby Road, Thurlaston, just 4.5 miles from the M1/M69 junction.
