Southcoast urban warehouse scheme reaches practical completion

Chancerygate and Hines have reached practical completion on their 193,000ft² Bedrock Park development near Bournemouth which was pre-sold to private equity firm Northwood Urban Logistics in 2021.

The £30 million scheme comprises 26 high specification grade A units ranging from 3,000 to 34,000ft² on Ferndown Industrial Estate.

Chancerygate Development Director Jonathan Lee said: “Bedrock Park is the first new build grade A multi-unit urban logistics and trade counter scheme to be built in the local area for 15 years.”
