TMT Trieste breaking the 500,000 TEU limit for the first time

For the first time in its history, Trieste Marine Terminal (TMT) overcomes 500,000 TEU handled in a year. The record has been reached during the operation of MV Grete Maersk on November 30th.

In the first 11 month of 2017, TMT moved 500.226 TEU, with a +21.47% compared to the same period of 2016 and a forecast of 540,000 TEU within December 2017. For the whole Port the forecast is 600,000 TEU.
