Saab parts supplier picks DHL for deliveries

UK, the supplier of Saab Original parts, has awarded a contract to DHL Supply Chain to manage its next day delivery service.

DHL will work with Orio at a new parts distribution centre in Hatfield, to fulfil customer demands through the night, using DHL’s existing network and infrastructure, to provide a cost effective service.

Orio guarantees free overnight deliveries on all orders placed before 2pm to Saab authorised service centres and garages.

“With over 180,000 Saab vehicles active on UK roads there is an on-going need for Saab parts, although many garages and body shops believe they are difficult to get hold of. This is a misperception that we are now addressing, said Corin Richards, managing director at Orio UK.

“With our new UK distribution centre now open and fulfilling orders next day, we can genuinely say that servicing and repair of Saabs has never been easier”.
