Urban Logistics sells £8.1m site and buys £3.4m site
Urban Logistics REIT has sold a 130,508 sq ft building located in Nuneaton to Cofresh Limited for £8.1 million and purchased a site in Thatcham for £3.4 million.
The Nuneaton site was purchased as part of a portfolio in September 2017 for £6.7 million.
The site purchased in Thatcham for a total consideration of £3.4 million is a 26,478 sq ft logistics warehouse with a site rent of £7.97 per sq ft. The site is let on a new five-year lease to DHL’s UK Mail which uses it as a last mile strategic hub and a key part of its distribution network.
