Whistl appoints new operations director

Whistl has appointed Fabiola Sharratt as its new operations director.

Sharratt was previously group operations director at the British e-commerce company The HUT. She began her logistics and transport career with the GUS Group, then joined the Caudwell Group in 2005.  In 2009 she moved to The Hut Group where she was instrumental in developing its logistics, distribution and warehouse capability across the UK, the US Australia and Europe.

“Our operations are the backbone of our business, enabling us to provide our customers with a high quality, efficient and low-cost service,” said Nick Wells, CEO of Whistl. “It is important we hire the best people who can lead a team to deliver for our customers and Fabiola has those qualities as well as an impressive track record in operations.
