Yusen Logistics renews with Kingfisher

Yusen Logistics has renewed and extended its contract to manage Kingfisher plc’s European import supply chain.

Adding to the existing contract’s origin points in North and South China, the new contract will also pick up from locations in South East Asia and Europe. Deliveries are made to the home-improvement retailer’s operations in the UK, France and Poland.

Yusen Logistics‘ supply chain management service incorporates order tracking through its bespoke track-and-trace system. This gives Kingfisher complete visibility of its international supply chain. In addition, Yusen Logistics provides Kingfisher with inbound logistics management, carrier management for sea-freight consignments, documentation management and logistics support.
