ZV Spedition & Logistik calls for better conditions
Strengthening of the business location Austria is the most urgent task of the upcoming federal government for new tax revenues according to the ZV association
According to Wolfram Senger-Weiss, president of the Austrian forwarding association Zentralverband Spedition & Logistik, sustainable strengthening of the position of Austria as a business location in international comparison and thereby creating high quality jobs including new tax revenues, should be on top of the to-do list of the new government.
Improved conditions will be decisive. A viable solution from the perspective of the freight forwarding and logistics industry are a targeted promotion and expansion of co- and multi-modality. „A coordinated coexistence of transport modes increases efficiency and also offers a steering effect towards greening“ said Senger-Weiss.
