111,287 sq ft spec site for Crewe
Development of a 111,287 sq ft speculative distribution warehouse at Weston Road, Crewe is to begin later this month.
The six-acre site forms part of a larger 12-acre site which was acquired by US based Cabot Properties with Quorum Estates in 2017.
