£15.75 m Leicester Commercial Park project complete
Architects Stephen George + Partners has completed a £15.75 million project for industrial property group, Goodman, which includes work on two Grade A warehouse units at Leicester Commercial Park, Lubbesthorpe.
One warehouse is 336,635 sq ft with three-storey offices totalling 12,922 sq ft and the other is a 95,978 sq ft with 8,813 sq ft of office space across two floors. Both units have been developed to a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ specification and an EPC ‘A’ rating.
