190,000 sq ft spec space for MA6NITUDE

Planning permission has been given for the speculative development of 190,000 sq ft of distribution and industrial space at MA6NITUDE in Cheshire.

The development, put forward by DBS Pochin, the joint venture partnership between db symmetry and Pochin’s Ltd, will comprise two single occupancy units of 149,000 and 41,000 sq ft on Plot 1A.

MA6NITUDE director, Dan Burn, said: “With the approval of this scheme, we’re in a position to meet two key areas of demand in the market. The larger unit will cater for the wider regional logistics market, while the smaller unit will meet localised demand – and we’re already having strong conversations on both fronts.”

Savills, B8RE and Legat Owen are the retained agents on the scheme.
