2.3m sq ft logistics park for Kettering

Developer dbsymmetry has set out plans for a 2.3 million sq ft logistics park next to the Weetabix factory on the southern edge of Kettering.

In a planning application to Kettering council, Peter Brett Associates, who are acting for dbsymmetry, said there is immediate demand for the delivery of a logistics development on the site.

The development, named symmetry park Kettering, would consist of five or six warehouses ranging from 130,000 sq ft to 780,000 sq ft.

It estimates that the site could provide up to 2,800 jobs within a mix of sectors.
