330,000 sq ft Velocity nears competition

St Francis Group, and development partner Richardson’s are to shortly complete the development of their 333,000 sq ft Velocity 42 scheme in Redditch.

Unit 1, Kingsley House has already been let to design and manufacturing company Heartbeat leaving four further units at the scheme ranging from 55,000 sq ft to 92,500 sq ft.

Gareth Williams, Director at St Francis Group said; “Selling the first unit off plan justifies our faith in Redditch as an excellent industrial and logistics location. As we near completion, we have strong interest in the remaining units offering high grade space on either a leasehold or freehold basis”.

Velocity 42 is the second partnership between St Francis Group and the Richardson family and together they are developing over 600,000 sq ft of new industrial space across the Midlands.
