3PL snaps up West Yorkshire shed
Freight forwarding and logistics firm DTD Logistics Solutions has snapped up a warehouse in Castleford West Yorkshire as part of its expansion plans.
CBRE and Carter Towler advised the landlord, global real estate investment manager, St Bride’s Managers, which had recently refurbished the property.
Sophie Angus of CBRE said: “This letting is testament to the strength of the industrial market despite the pandemic. We are seeing continued strong take-up, which is adding to an acute shortage of good quality industrial buildings in the region.”
