400,000 sq ft speculative shed completed in South Yorkshire

Trebor Developments and Hillwood have completed the construction of a 411,470 sq ft speculative industrial unit at Doncaster, South Yorkshire.

The £40 million unit is located on a 25 acre site at Armthorpe – with direct access from the A630 to Junction 4, M18 – has 38 loading doors and lorry parking for 75 HGV spaces.

Trebor and Hillwood said the site was one of very few immediately available large-scale industrial developments in the whole of the North of England, and could accommodate either distribution or manufacturing uses with immediate occupation.

Bob Tattrie, Managing Partner for Trebor, said: “We are delighted with the range of interest we have received in relation to the building to date and given the competitive terms on offer, together with the quality of development, we are confident that the building will not remain available for long.”

Trebor/Hillwood are represented by agents CBRE, Knight Frank and CPP.
