Accraply takes Manchester warehouse

Labelling equipment manufacturer Accraply has taken a 46,265 sq ft warehouse in Irlam, Manchester.

The company has taken Patrizia’s Unit 30a Northbank Industrial Estate on a ten year lease at a headline rent of £6.50 per sq ft following an extensive refurbishment programme.

The unit comprises a detached single storey unit of 41,090 sq ft with additional office space spanning two floors covering 5,175 sq ft.

Colliers advised Accraply while LSH acted for the landlord.

Guy Jackson, director, industrial at Lambert Smith Hampton, said: “The new headline rent, demonstrates the strong demand for refurbished industrial stock within Manchester’s core locations. We expect the market to remain buoyant with unprecedented interest for this type of stock showing no signs of abating.”
