Agents appointed on rare 100,000 sq ft plus Wakefield shed

Knight Frank and Avison Young have been appointed joint agents on a 109,275 sq ft second hand warehouse unit in Wakefield, West Yorkshire

Located just off Junction 40 of the M1 motorway the unit forms part of the larger Park 40 development on Flanshaw Way, and is currently occupied by Card Factory on a short-term lease, which expires in the summer.

Iain McPhail, partner and head of the Knight Frank’s industrial team in Leeds, said: “Due to the lack of existing warehouse stock on the market in West Yorkshire, specifically above 100,000 sq ft, there is currently a strong demand for this type of property.
