Agents selected for Prime Point 14 scheme

Trebor Developments and Seddon have selected Harris Lamb as joint agents on their Prime Point 14 scheme in Stafford with Savills and Bromwich Hardy.

The scheme has planning permission for two 66,628 sq ft and 76,908 sq ft units to be located to the north of Stafford town centre within one mile of the M6’s Junction 14.

The buildings, Prime 1 and Prime 2, will be constructed to a high specification with 10m eaves, 50m yards, floor loading capacity of 50 Kn psm, dock and level access loading with up to 1 Mega Watt of power being available.

Bob Tattrie, managing partner at Trebor Developments, said: “The site is ‘oven-ready’, allowing us to deliver units on a very fast track basis to local occupier requirements. We are offering competitive leasehold or freehold terms.”
