Allpack Packaging takes St. Modwen shed

Allgroup – which trades as Allpack Packaging – has signed a three-year lease for a 48,632 sq ft unit at St. Modwen’s Watling Street Business Park in Cannock.

Allpack Packaging is expanding from its unit in Aldridge, West Midlands, and is the final letting at the scheme.

Bob Clarke, operations director at Allpack Packaging, added: “Allpack Packaging specialise in e-commerce and fulfilment and this unit is just what we needed in the ever-changing current economy.”

Comprising of 150,000 sq ft of office, storage and warehouse space, Watling Street Business Park has direct access to the A5.

Stuart Evans, senior asset manager at St. Modwen Industrial & Logistics, said: “Watling Street Business Park is a key site for suppliers and distributors in the Cannock area. We’re pleased to have let the entire site, particularly during the uncertainty of a global pandemic, providing a high-quality industrial and logistics solution that suits the needs of all our occupiers.”

The scheme is already home to Icon Exhibitions and Display , PRM Green Technologies and Cannock Caravan Accessories.

BNP Paribas Real Estate, Andrew Dixon & Company and Lambert Smith Hampton acted as joint agents for the scheme.
